You have to been thru before you know why

Finally, weekend is here.
Time to take a break from school/club work(not exactly though).

Was blogs hopping and realised I ended up at VoiceOut 2008/09's blog.
Memories flow back, every time I stop there.
My nose will turn sour, my eyes will wet.

I missed those moment:
• How Stage Manager and I helped each other, although we were already very tired.
• How Jing Jie helped me. –A big wide smile–
• How unwilling I was to be the overall In Charge at first.
• How I didn’t sleep/sleep only for few hours, just to complete the proposal.
• How angry I was when I spent the whole night to do alignment and when I reached school, realised that Stage Manager asked Assistant Stage Manager to change it because they didn’t standardise the file format and that’s was the first hardcopy draft!
• How I tried my best to get the work done.
• How sad I was when I broke down.
• How we asked the seniors NOT to pass anymore work to our Stage Manager after midnight.
• How I tried my VERY BEST for the event to be successful.
• How scared I was whenever I saw Senior Raymond.
• How Senior Regina cheer me up when I was down and told me, “My team will crumble if the leader is down. Even the greatest leaders will be nothing without being a good listener.”
• How other seniors helped and cared for me.
• How I always asked Jing Jie to tell me, what he & Senior Raymond shared and laughed at me during the trial runs.
• How I been through the tough time in VoiceOut.
• How I always complained I’m only assistant programme manager why do I have to do so much. But I still do what is given.
• & more…

After one years, I know what is all going on.
Why when it is this, it can not be that.
Why should be that, should not be this.
That's explained the title of this post.
